Woman of God

I don't know why. I am always touched and amazed by stories about woman who was bold and righteous before The Lord. This kind of story is just a minor portion of the bible. Maybe that's why they are so wonderful! (It's not easy to find one.)

There are:

• Deborah, a prophet who was judging Israel (Judges 4: 1-10)
• Jael, who killed Sisera on his escape from battle (Judges 4: 17-22)
• Ruth, who was loyal to her family and found favor before The Lord (Ruth)
• Hanna, who prayed patiently for a children and she gave birth to Samuel (1Samuel 1)
• and so on... ^^.
  

They are so wonderful. I want to have a wife who like them. What a blessing from The Lord.

Solomon writes:

• A wife of noble character is her husband's crown,
  but a disgraceful wife is like decay in his bones. (Proverbs 12: 4)
• The man who finds a wife finds a treasure,
  and he receives favor from the Lord. (Proverbs 18: 22)
• Fathers can give their sons an inheritance of houses and wealth,
  but only the Lord can give an understanding wife. (Proverbs 19: 14)
• Who can find a virtuous and capable wife?
  She is more precious than rubies. (Proverbs 31: 10)
